I’ve been in the mental health field for nearly a decade, and I’m passionate about helping people overcome life’s challenges in practical, natural ways. My focus is on neuroplasticity how the brain can be rewired to form healthier thought patterns and habits. I believe that with the right tools and support, real change is possible.

I started Everyday Mental Wellness 417 with my wife because we wanted to create a space where mental health care feels normal, science-based, and actually helpful for everyday life. My goal is to make mental wellness simple, empowering, and something anyone can pursue no matter where they’re starting from.

I’m passionate about supporting both new and experienced mothers as they navigate the journey of postpartum life. Having experienced postpartum depression and anxiety myself, I deeply understand the importance of community, connection, and having someone to lean on during this beautiful yet sometimes overwhelming season. I’ve come to truly believe that it takes a village to raise and care for our children, and I would be honored to be a part of that village for you.
