Our Foundation

Founded in Springfield to address the urgent need for accessible mental health resources, our organization has blossomed into a compassionate community. We transform connections into a nurturing support system offering hope, understanding, and practical help to individuals and families navigating their healing journeys. Together, we’re building a place where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to thrive.

At Every Day Mental Wellness 417, our journey is rooted in compassion and action. Through Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC), we provide practical, neuroscience-informed support that helps individuals recognize harmful thought patterns, build healthier habits, and reclaim their sense of control.

Our coaching isn’t clinical therapy and that’s exactly the point. We exist to bridge the gap between everyday mental health struggles and formal treatment. By offering emotional triage, real-world coping tools, and a safe, stigma-free space to be heard, we help elevate and protect the capacity of local therapists so they can focus on clients with more intensive needs.

Whether someone is waiting for a therapist, unsure where to begin, or simply needs to feel seen, we step in with consistent, compassionate support. From wellness kits and peer-based coaching to community events and prevention tools, we’re here to make mental health care more human and more accessible for everyone in the 417.

Making a Difference

Through free neuroscience-informed coaching, workshops, and community events, we work tirelessly to break down the stigma surrounding mental health. Our programs reach college students, young adults, and community members who often feel unseen or unheard. By forging meaningful partnerships and spreading awareness, we equip individuals with practical tools to nurture their mental wellness. We believe that when support is accessible and compassionate, resilience and healing follow creating lasting, transformative change in Springfield and beyond.
