In Springfield and beyond, mental health care can feel out of reach. Long waitlists, high costs, and lingering stigma stop people from getting the help they deserve.
We believe that mental health care should be attainable, sustainable, and stigma-free, available to anyone, anywhere, regardless of income, background, or life circumstance. Because when one person thrives, our whole community grows stronger.
Why We Exist

We meet people where they are with tools, support, and connection they can trust:
-
Community Mental Health Advocacy – Hosting events, talks, and trainings that spark open conversations and break down stigma.
-
Peer Support & CBC Coaching – Practical, neuroscience-informed strategies for real-life challenges.
-
Free Resource Access – Downloadable tools, local referrals, and outreach to underserved neighborhoods.
-
Hope-Building Events – From encouragement letter handouts to back-to-school wellness kits for college students, we turn kindness into action.
What We Do
Since our launch in 2025, we’ve:
-
Reached over 500 people through community events and outreach.
-
Distributed 200+ wellness kits to local college students at MSU, OTC, Drury, and Evangel.
-
Partnered with 10+ local organizations to expand awareness and access.
-
Built an online community learning daily mental resilience skills.
Our next milestone? Doubling our reach and ensuring every Springfield resident knows where to turn for mental health support.
Our Impact

We combine science-backed tools with genuine human connection. Our Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) approach is grounded in the same evidence-based principles as therapy but made accessible for everyday life. We focus on:
-
Skills you can start using today.
-
Strategies that work with your brain, not against it.
-
Support from people who’ve been there and understand.
Because mental wellness isn’t built in one breakthrough moment, it’s built in everyday choices, conversations, and acts of care.
