Time Management Tips

Feeling like there aren’t enough hours in the day? Let’s change that. Good time management isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what matters most with intention.

  • Plan your week in advance using a planner or Google Calendar. Color-code assignments, work, and self-care time.

  • Try time blocking—schedule specific times for studying, breaks, and social time to avoid last-minute panic.

  • Use the “Two-Minute Rule”—if a task takes less than 2 minutes, do it immediately instead of putting it off.

  • Start your day with a morning routine (even just 10 minutes of journaling or stretching) to set the tone for productivity.

  • Limit distractions by putting your phone on Do Not Disturb while studying and rewarding yourself with screen time afterward.

Managing your time well reduces stress, improves focus, and gives you more freedom.
